Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Fold Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating folding machinery while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a production environment.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Set up and operate fold machines according to production specifications and work instructions
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure product quality and precision
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Inspect finished products to verify proper dimensions and quality standards
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
** Requirements/
Skills:
*
* • Previous experience operating fold machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

* Physical Requirements:

* • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
