• Monitor and control plant operations in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain records of plant operations, including hourly operating data and abnormal conditions
• Ensure facility operates within permit compliance and produces high-quality products
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure efficient plant operation

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructional manuals and technical documents in English
• Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, and emergency call-ins
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to recognize operational inconsistencies and respond appropriately

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
