Poultry Line Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $18.50 - $20.65 per hour with a $1,500 sign‑and‑stay bonus. Clock in first shift: 7:30AM – 4:30PM; second shift: 4:30PM – 2:00AM. Benefits begin day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) savings plan.

The Line Associate is responsible for the disassembly of poultry and may perform a wide variety of poultry processing related tasks as they rotate on the production line.

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as deboning or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (e.g., NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A.S.) and federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g., non‑slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hard hats) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE to promote a zero‑accident culture.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Previous poultry experience preferred.

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
• Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory.

• Ability to work non‑standard shifts (weekends, holidays, and extended shifts) as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to wet and cold environment, and work around raw and/or animal odors.
• Exposure to noise of greater than 85 decibels, CO2, and moving equipment.
