Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently

Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support production and customer deliveries

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues

Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet safety and operational standards

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and site goals

Ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop that capability

Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks

Reliable and team-oriented with clear communication skills

Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing work demands

Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$21.50-$23.00 per hour
