** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and direct timely, effective repairs
* Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
* Support and mentor team members to strengthen skills, safety, and performance
* Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and drive safe work practices
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance work in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and equipment reliability
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $30.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience
