Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and direct timely, effective repairs
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Support and mentor team members to strengthen skills, safety, and performance
• Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and drive safe work practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance work in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and equipment reliability
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $30.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience
