Loonie Shipping Team Lead

Position Summary

This position reports directly to the Loonie Supervisor.

• Ability to read and understand instructions and schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
• Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to a recipient
• Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts required
• Strong leadership abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards
• Knowledge of computers
• Must be able to pass the assessment test conducted as part of the interview process

• Leads area to achieve production goals
• Prepare daily assignments
• Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Work overtime and weekends
• Train new associates
• Effectively lead employees to ensure we achieve HPU goals
• Motivate employees to perform their best
• Plan to prevent part shortages
• Other duties as assigned
