** Position Summary*
* Responsible for operating and monitoring industrial press equipment used to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality output. This role supports daily production goals by maintaining equipment performance, verifying product quality, and making basic operational adjustments to keep production running efficiently.

** Key Responsibilities (Present Tenure Duties)*
* + Operate and monitor industrial press equipment

+ Load and position materials through press systems to support continuous production flow

+ Monitor process conditions (pressure, temperature, cycle timing) and make basic adjustments as needed

+ Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met

+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate mechanical or maintenance needs when required

+ Support startup, shutdown, and changeover activities

+ Complete production logs, quality checks, and equipment documentation accurately

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards

** Qualifications &

Preferred Experience *
* + Manufacturing or industrial production experience required

+ Experience operating presses, automated equipment, conveyors, or similar machinery preferred

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to identify and respond to basic equipment issues

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specs, and quality standards

+ Strong attention to detail with focus on safety and product quality

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous production environment

+ High school diploma or GED preferred
