Shift Superintendent – Manufacturing

Full-time leadership role in wood products manufacturing responsible for plant performance across safety, production, quality, cost, and team development. Requires strong hands-on leadership in a high-volume production environment.

Role

Lead daily plant operations across production, maintenance, and quality
Drive safety, throughput, yield, downtime, and cost performance
Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams
Improve efficiency, OEE, and production flow
Oversee continuous improvement and process stability
Partner with maintenance on equipment reliability and uptime
Manage budgets and support cost control initiatives

Requirements & Details

8–15+ years leadership experience in wood products or heavy manufacturing
Strong hands-on, floor-level leadership style
Experience leading large production and maintenance teams
Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational performance
Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred
Full-time role with full benefits
