Caterpillar Inc. in Athens, Georgia seeks an Experienced Welder-2 to join our Operations team.
You will operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines and perform in-station repairs and quality checks to produce heavy fabrication components tailormade for Caterpillar's excavators and tractors. Requirements include at least 3 years of GMAW (MIG) welding, experience on heavy fabrication, ability to read weld specs, and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime.
