$21.00 per hour
Rotating 6:45pm to 7:15am

Gain valuable experience in extrusion manufacturing and assembly processes.
Operating extrusion and orientation equipment to produce synthetic absorbable and non-absorbable multifilament products.
Starting up, running, and shutting down extrusion processes, including thread-up and doffing of production spools.
Testing products, troubleshooting processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
Maintaining equipment, cleaning work areas, and supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.
Training new associates and participating in shift change meetings to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
Accurately completing required documentation (manual and electronic) and adhering to FDA and worldwide quality system requirements.
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments (extrusion experience preferred).
Comfortable operating computers, electronic balances, calculators, pyrometers, and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to support and communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional support teams.
Consistently meeting training and performance targets, and following written procedures accurately.
Willing to comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and utilize PPE as required.
