- Executing manufacturing tasks and supporting internal teams in the Manufacturing Assembly area.
- Following defined procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Using test equipment such as gauges and microscopes for quality checks.
- Utilizing software systems for compliance and documentation.
- Completing records and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Supporting process improvements and participating in shift change meetings.
- Cleaning, preparing, starting up, and shutting down polymer production equipment.
- Monitoring process parameters and making adjustments as needed.
- Installing components and maintaining production schedules.
- Managing raw material levels and supplies to support production demands.
- Troubleshooting equipment and processes with experienced operators.
- Adhering to safety, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education/training.
- Bring 2–4 years of work experience, preferably with mechanical or electrical/electronic skills.
- Possess knowledge of basic math, decimals, percentages, fractions, and tolerances.
- Demonstrate strong computer and database management skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are skilled in statistical and analytical problem solving.
- Can operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., torque wrench, drill, plug gauges, hydraulics).
- Can accurately take readings on test and monitoring equipment.
- Understand safety, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Show ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
