Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour

Shifts:

1st 6:45a-3:15p, 2nd 2:45p-11:15p, 3rd 10:45p-7:15a

What's a typical day as a Monofilament Processor? You'll be:

• Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished monofilament products according to established specifications.
• Assisting with the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Performing quality control inspections and accurately documenting work in progress.
• Troubleshooting minor production problems and reporting major issues to supervisors.
• Completing specialized tasks such as rack winding, annealing, scouring, bulk spooling, cutting, and packaging/labeling.
• Maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to undergo continued training.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support production needs.

• Have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operator role (preferred but not required).
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed procedures.
