We are seeking a motivated production professional to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle, including raw material preparation, precision assembly, and high-quality shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a busy warehouse environment.

We are looking for a reliable, diligent professional capable of maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable with the following physical and environmental requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended shifts and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Environmental Adaptability: Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including areas with elevated temperatures.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as production needs require.
• Autonomy: Ability to perform duties effectively with minimal supervision.

• Material Handling: Receive, move, store, and route raw materials to assembly areas, ensuring optimal organization to minimize waste.
• Production Operations: Safely feed raw materials into machinery and collaborate with team members to assemble goods accurately on the production line.
• Process Optimization: Monitor production equipment and processes, adjusting as necessary to correct errors or defects.
• Quality Assurance: Execute routine testing and quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company standards.
• Product Finishing: Prepare finished goods for secondary processing, such as painting, packaging, or shipping.
• Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and perform routine equipment cleaning to ensure maximum operational efficiency

• Mentorship: Support less experienced team members by modeling safe behaviors and actively training them on proper task procedures.
