Packaging Technician – 1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

Responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging finished vaccine products while operating packaging equipment and maintaining production and quality standards in a cGMP-regulated environment.

• Operate labelers, pick-and-place equipment, heat tunnels, vision systems, and forklifts.
• Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete QA line clearances and cGMP documentation.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, manufacturing records, and safety requirements.
• Complete batch tickets and document materials used.
• Communicate production issues and elevate equipment/process concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Cross-train and support other departmental functions as needed.

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate Degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Equipment/process troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred.
