Position Summary

The Stewardship and Donor Relations Coordinator at PSO is an important member of the Development Team. This position is responsible for stewardship of top donors through personalized stewardship touches, communications, reporting, oversight of all naming opportunities, as well as meaningful donor engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate ability to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of fundraising and database software.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Work in a standard office environment.
Physical Demands
  • Extremely limited travel or work on nights and weekends.
  • Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Walk, stand, stoop, lift, kneel, and climb.
