JOB DESCRIPTION

The Democratic Party of Georgia’s Voter Access Team is seeking Fellows who will work to ensure that every eligible Georgia voter can cast a ballot and have that ballot counted. This is a part‑time, in‑person role based in Atlanta (approximately 20 hours a week compensated at $15 per hour) that will run from mid‑August through the November election.

What You’ll Do

Assist with recruiting, training, and organizing volunteer leaders to serve as county liaisons, poll watchers, and other voter access roles;
Monitor developments in local election administration and contribute to advocacy efforts to proactively expand voting access;
Support voter education efforts, including creating and reviewing materials and engaging with local organizations; and
Additional duties as assigned by the Voter Access Leadership.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear operational guidance (for volunteers, staff, and internal stakeholders).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Good judgment and ability to solve problems under pressure; comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with shifting timelines and priorities.
