Member Role:
This VISTA Member will build Philanthro Films' marketing and communications capacity by creating industry-standard systems, templates, and outreach channels that enable staff to sustainably promote programs and engage diverse community stakeholders in economic development initiatives.

• Establish social media infrastructure by developing content calendars, posting templates, and management systems that enable staff to sustain long-term social media presence and promote program accessibility.
• Develop communication frameworks by creating newsletter templates, content guidelines, and distribution systems that enable staff to inform underserved communities about workforce development opportunities and program offerings.
• Build digital presence capacity by developing website management protocols, content templates, and update procedures that enable staff to maintain accessible information about poverty alleviation programs and career pathway opportunities.
• Create stakeholder engagement systems by establishing communication channels, contact databases, and outreach protocols that enable staff to engage local students, citizens, business leaders, and political figures to expand program reach and community support.
• Strengthen donor and volunteer infrastructure by developing communication systems, templates, and tracking mechanisms that enable staff to maintain connections with Philanthro Films' donors, volunteers, and subscribers about programs and organizational developments.
• Develop branding resources by creating and organizing a branding catalog with templates, style guides, and asset libraries that provide staff with consistent tools to represent Philanthro Films' mission and programs.
• Support organizational consistency by developing brand voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content standards that enable staff to maintain Philanthro Films' identity across all public marketing content.

• Develop a marketing platform which will be used to advertise the trainings / workshops / job opportunities
• Creating a database for students who attend summer film camp
• Create flyers for upcoming events
