$103,000 annually. Benefits for full‑time positions per UGA and USG guidelines; may change if reduced schedule.

• Minimum:
  Master’s degree in nursing or related field, 2 years professional experience, valid state license.
• Preferred (UHC Minimum):
• • Graduation from accredited school of nursing; licensed RPN in Georgia.
• • Completion of master’s nurse practitioner program with certification as NB as recognized by Georgia Board.
• • Current BLS certification or attainment within 180 days of start.

This clinical position delivers age‑appropriate primary care to eligible members of the University Community at the University of Georgia Health Center.

• Provision of primary care: obtaining history, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow‑up.
• Prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, patient education, ordering and interpreting clinical tests, care coordination, referrals.
• Documenting encounters in EMR.
• Communicating and integrating into a team.
• Participating in process improvement.
• Attending committee and staff meetings; contributing to culture of service excellence.
• Obtaining continuing medical education credits needed for licensure and national certifications.

• Clinical knowledge base, physical assessment, minor procedures, electronic records familiarity, communication, leadership.

Standing, typing, walking limited distances, frequent standing/sitting transitions, pushing/pulling, lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling as needed.
