Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in our inpatient rehabilitation facilities. The role focuses on delivering direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with Registered Nurses, and supporting patients’ rehabilitation goals.

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting (preferred).
• Rehabilitation experience (preferred).
