About the Facility

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center – United States. Night shift (Full‑time, 36 hours per week, 3/12 schedule).

• Provide quality nursing services by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Act as the frontline representative of the patient care team, serving as an intermediary among patients, families, providers, and other staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and promote patient short‑term and long‑term outcomes and wellbeing.
• Deliver care according to the plan of care, applying independent judgment when appropriate, and communicate care plans with other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, changes in condition, care provided, education given, and incidents, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health‑related issues.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that aim to increase patient quality outcomes, patient and staff satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Mentor and foster growth of other nurses, promoting the nursing profession and supporting recruitment efforts.
• Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards, and code of conduct.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; associate degree or diploma is also acceptable.
• Current, active RN license in the state (Single State) or RN‑Compact for multi‑state practice.
• Required training on hospital protocols, patient safety, and quality improvement.
• Experience in patient‑ and family‑centered care and a commitment to professional development.

• $20,000 sign‑on bonus available.
