Center Medical Specialist
Seeking bilingual EMT, PARA, LVN/LPN, or RN for plasma donation centers.
Responsibilities Include- Performing physical exams and medical history assessments to determine donor suitability
- Building rapport with donors and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality
- Educating donors on health and testing results
- Managing donor injuries and adverse events
- Evaluating health histories and medications for continued suitability
- Assisting in employee training and administering hepatitis vaccines
- Licensed or certified in relevant healthcare fields according to state requirements
- HS diploma or GED and current CPR certification
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Fine motor skills for precise movements
- Physical agility for walking, crouching, and occasional lifting
