Seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee Imaging department operations, including off-site locations. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, performance monitoring, staff education, and leading Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities. The role involves participation in budget management and acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and other departments. The position requires providing complex nursing care, administering medications during procedures, and ensuring proper record-keeping and patient advocacy.
Supervisory skills, attention to detail, and creativity are essential.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- 5+ years of inpatient or outpatient hospital nursing experience
- Critical care background and supervisory experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN license or multistate license
- BCLS and ACLS certifications
