The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for clinical and administrative tasks in a single home setting for one individual requiring 24/7 skilled care. This young adult isengaged in her community and leads a full life—as long as her medical needs are managed by a skilled nurse. The Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinating care with the LPN team at the home, physicians and other community healthcare providers, and non-clinical Georgia Options staff who assist the individual tolive as independently as possible.
* This is a Fulltime Monday-Friday Day shift position*
