You will develop care plans, diagnose and treat in clinic, at patients' homes, or via telehealth, and collaborate with the physician team.
Ideal candidates hold an NP board certification, state licenses, BLS, and at least 6 months of Primary Care experience; value-based care experience is a plus. Regular weekday schedule.
