AVSE is a brand‑new, 20,500 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital offering ER, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology. Led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by Ethos Veterinary Health, we’re committed to providing advanced medical care, compassionate communication, and a collaborative, wellness‑focused workplace.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Minimum base salary of $175,000 for 13 shifts per month (commensurate with experience)
  • 25% production, no negative accrual
  • $50,000 in sign‑on & retention incentives
  • Rotating schedule designed to support work–life balance
  • Optional 10‑shift/month schedule available
  • 3 weeks PTO + 1 week CE
  • $2,500 CE stipend
