• Operate lawnmowers, edgers, and weed whackers – 35%
• Operate backpack blowers to blow roads, sidewalks, roofs, and gutters – 25%
• Trash pickup around the center. Removal of downed trees and limbs – 15%
• Prune and trim bushes, shrubs, and trees. Spraying herbicides to control weeds – 10%

Job duties include mowing grass with various types of lawnmowers; weed‑eating turf edges; edging curbs, roads, sidewalks; trimming trees and bushes; picking up and grinding limbs; working with a Brush Bandit chipper; hand stacking rip‑rap stone; spreading pine straw, wheat straw, and grass seed; lining and painting football fields; using chainsaws; blowing roofs and cleaning gutters; spraying chemicals; and assisting with center trash collection and build‑up and breakdowns as needed.

Familiarity with all types of lawn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and backpack sprayers. Experience mixing and spraying chemicals from weed killers to insecticides. Familiar with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and propane gas. Dependable, courteous, and possessing good communication skills.

Work in extreme weather conditions; work on roofs and ladders; driving as needed.
