** Position Summary*
* The Lab Technician is responsible for performing quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. This role supports production by conducting routine laboratory analyses, documenting results, and communicating quality concerns to the appropriate teams.
** Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
+ Collect and prepare samples according to established procedures.
+ Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Monitor product quality and identify trends or deviations from specifications.
+ Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
+ Assist with investigations related to quality issues and non-conforming materials.
+ Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
+ Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
+ Work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
** Qualifications*
* + Previous laboratory or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Ability to perform precise measurements and interpret test results.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
