• Process camera trap images – 80% of time
• Data entry and proofing – 10% of time
• Assisting with lab work – 5% of time
• Other tasks as needed – 5% of time

The Chandler Lab is looking to hire one intern to assist with a long-term research project focusing on trailing-edge populations of songbirds. The intern will enter and proof data, process samples, process camera trap images, and may have other duties as assigned. These positions are funded by the National Science Foundation.

Ability to use various computer software. Ability to identify wildlife to species-level.

Sitting at a computer for extended durations.

This position is not a position of trust, does not involve operation, access, or control of financial resources, does not require a P-Card, is not a driving requirement, has no direct interaction or care of children under 18, and does not have security access.
