Turfgrass Field Assistant
Location:
Griffin Area
This position will assist Turfgrass researchers with field experiments conducted on turfgrass on the UGA Griffin Campus.
Responsibilities- Assist with field research trials.
- Research plot maintenance, including mowing turf plots and assisting in other research plot areas as assigned by supervisor.
- Preferred:
At least three years of high school or a high‑school graduate. - Some experience in field work, such as operating mowers or working with plots.
Work outdoors in heat and lift up to 50 lbs. Driving as needed for job duties.
