Position Summary: This part-time position is needed to assist with vegetable curation. This position will assist with harvesting fruit from various vegetable crops in the field and greenhouse; extracting seed from the harvested fruit; cleaning and packaging of seed, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Harvest fruit from various vegetable crops.
• Extract seed from the harvested fruit.
• Treat, clean, count, and package seed.

Physical Demands: Work under hot conditions in the field and greenhouse. Lift 50 pounds. Work involves cleaning pepper seed – some of which are very pungent.
