• 25% – Analytical & microbiological work and report writing, including running various analytical equipment and writing SOPs for analytical tests.
• 50% – Project work: design product or process development experiments and execute them.
• 25% – Report writing summarizing analytical and product/process experimentation.

• Knowledge of basic chemistry, microbiology, and food science.
• Experience working with food ingredients and processing equipment.
• Ability to write clear reports.
• Understanding and following standard operating procedures.
• Ability to clean equipment and maintain laboratory hygiene.

Lift 50 lb of food material, operate in a standing mode for extended periods, wear personal protective equipment and non‑sliding shoes, rigorously scrub equipment and utensils.
