Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take agronomic notes, collect data, and harvest soybean research plots in field environments.
  • Work in seed lab weighing and cleaning samples, threshing individual plants, and preparing seed for replanting in spring.
  • Greenhouse work including planting, harvesting, and cleaning.

  • Position Summary: A temporary/lab research position to support soybean research in the field and seed lab, including data collection, data notes, weighing/cleaning samples, threshing plants, and preparing seed for spring planting.
Qualifications
  • Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification: High school diploma preferred.
Physical Demands

Lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime during planting/harvest seasons, working in fields and greenhouse in extreme heat, and travel.
