- Develop and fine‑tune protein language models for proteomics and biological sequence analysis.
- Assist in writing annual reports for the project and developing materials for user and graduate student training.
- Train graduate and undergraduate students working on the project.
- Develop materials for user training and assist with summer workshops on AI and glycobiology.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with state‑of‑the‑art machine learning techniques (e.g., protein language models, representation learning, diffusion models, self‑supervised learning).
- Strong background in computational biology, bioinformatics, and/or data science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with scientists across disciplines.
