- Conduct research in the laboratory, focusing on quantitative genetics and genomics.
- Write and report research findings.
The post-doctoral researcher will work on a variety of projects in quantitative genetics and genomics, ranging from practical to theoretical, develop novel methods to be applied in animal breeding and genetics, and perform analyses in fish data.
Minimum Qualifications- Ph.D. in Animal Breeding and Genetics, bioinformatics, or related field.
- Knowledge of quantitative genetics, genomics, and statistical genetics.
- Proficiency in R, Unix bash scripting, and BLUPF
