Responsibilities
- Rapidly identify and count small insects under a stereo microscope.
- Assist with insect colonies.
- Plant seeds and seedlings to support entomological research.
- Process collected samples (frozen or in alcohol) on a scheduled weekly basis.
- Check colonies and their host plants twice weekly.
- Participate in weekly lab meetings to determine additional duties.
