Position
Research Associate (O'Neal)
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field of science.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s degree in the field.
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of research and evaluation activities across multiple projects.
- Contribute to data collection, project coordination, and evaluation procedures.
- Assist with carrying out project activities in collaboration with the larger research team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, publications, summaries, and other dissemination materials for stakeholders and the research community.
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative analyses using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Mplus) and support interpretation and communication of findings.
- Assist with the development, organization, cleaning, and management of research datasets.
- Experience with program evaluation, research coordination, implementation, and data analysis.
- Experience developing written products for a variety of audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Utilization of fine motor and oral communication skills.
Employment StatusFull Time; FTE 1.0;
Exempt;
Salary commensurate with experience;
