Research faculty level position with potential for promotion in the laboratory of Adam W. Barb studying structural and cellular immunology. The successful candidate will perform high level research in the immune system, help oversee and guide an active research team, and actively participate in grant and manuscript writing. The anticipated start date is Fall 2026.
Minimum QualificationsThe candidate must have a PhD in life science, chemistry, or a related field and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies- Expertise in state‑of‑the‑art characterization of immune proteins from primary human tissues.
- Strong quantitative analytical, biochemistry, and protein purification skills.
- Glycobiology experience.
- General knowledge in a biological laboratory.
- Excellent publication record in life science, chemistry, or a related field.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The position has security access, e.g., access to chemicals and medications.
