- Design, perform, and analyze in vitro studies evaluating antibody‑based cancer therapeutic strategies.
- Develop and perform ELISA, binding, biomarker, and protein‑based assays.
- Perform or coordinate flow cytometry, IHC, PBMC‑based, and other translational assays.
- Analyze, interpret, organize, and present experimental data.
- Contribute to manuscripts, grant materials, reports, protocols, and trainee mentoring.
- Support mouse‑based preclinical studies evaluating safety, pharmacokinetics, biodistribution, and antitumor efficacy of lead candidates, including xenograft models, dosing, sample collection, imaging, and coordination with animal facility staff or CRO partners.
- Contribute to IACUC‑related documentation, study planning, protocol development, data review, and interpretation of in vivo results.
- Maintain high‑quality laboratory documentation and manage multiple experimental timelines and priorities.
- PhD required.
- Strong hands‑on experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA‑based assays, experimental design, and quantitative data analysis.
- Experience with antibody therapeutics, cancer biology, immunology, translational oncology, and preclinical mouse studies is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan and execute rigorous experiments independently.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex biological and biochemical assays.
- Ability to interpret data in the context of therapeutic mechanism, efficacy, and translational relevance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Collaborative work with faculty, trainees and external partners.
- Proficiency in protocol writing, data interpretation, figure generation, vendor/CRO coordination and grant reporting.
