Postdoctoral Research Associate - Lee Responsibilities Research Project Management and Implementation
- Manage and coordinate federally and globally funded research projects.
- Assist with study design, protocol implementation, participant recruitment, data collection, data analysis, and project monitoring.
- Coordinate communication among investigators, community partners, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IRB, sponsor, and university requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and revise manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
- Assist with the development and submission of grant proposals and progress reports.
- Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to support ongoing research initiatives.
- Contribute to dissemination activities targeting academic, community, and policy audiences, and prepare and submit conference abstracts for presentations.
- Collect, organize, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Utilize statistical and qualitative software programs to support research activities.
- Prepare data reports, tables, figures, and summaries for manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications.
- Support evaluation and outcomes assessment activities across multiple projects.
- Support international research and educational collaborations with university partners in South Korea and other countries.
- Assist with planning and coordination of global exchange programs, visiting scholars, and collaborative research initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of international grant proposals and research partnerships.
- Support administrative activities associated with the Institute for Nonprofit Organizations (INPO).
- Support research development activities through the School of Social Work Office of Research.
- Assist with research coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation.
