Position Summary: Conduct laboratory, greenhouse and field work including making media, culturing fungi, extracting DNA, conducting PCR, planting seed, collecting data.

• Making media (20%)
• Culturing fungi (10%)
• Extracting DNA and conducting PCR (20%)
• Thrashing seed (20%)
• Planting seed (20%)
• Collecting field data (10%)

Education: Completed two years of high school.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification: Completed two years of high school.

Some experience in field work and lab work.

Work outdoors in heat and lift up to 25 pounds.
