Research Assistant/Associate, Lab Tech / Assistant
Position Summary
To assist and learn in breeding, harvesting, collecting data, and research operation. The learning objective is for the intern to work in experiments preparations and in field/greenhouse operations.
Responsibilities- Assist in laboratory (20% of time)
- Assist in greenhouse (20%)
- Assist field studies (10%)
- Assist in collecting data (30%)
- Learn aspects of crop management (20%)
- At least one year of college
- Some experience in collecting and processing data
- Some experience in collecting and processing data
Work outdoors in heat and lift up to 50 pounds.
