The University of Georgia is seeking a Temporary Research Technician in the CAES-Food Science & Technology department in Griffin. The role supports microbial analysis and evaluations related to blueberry harvester surfaces and citrus waste extracts.
The position requires a Ph.D. in food safety or food microbiology, plus at least five years in microbiology laboratories, and familiarity with Level II biosafety practices. 0.50 FTE;
Monday-Friday.
