- High school diploma or equivalent and 8 years of related experience

Position Summary
This position is responsible administrative and supervisory work in food service management in a large dining commons. Assists in overall operation as manager directs. Assists in planning, organizing and directing Food Services personnel in food production and services. Holds regular production meetings with production staff. Assists in conducting regular sanitation inspection program. Work is performed under the direction of the Food Operations (Dining) Manager or Dining Commons Manager, and is evaluated through observation and in terms of customer satisfaction.
All other related duties as assigned.
