Position SummaryThe Server will assist the Culinary Service Manager in executing front of house service for Georgia Football. The employee will assist with the day-to-day operation of FOH. This person will need to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as well as multitask. They will also be responsible for stocking front of house, which includes but is not limited to various fueling stations, food service lines, and tabletops.
Education and ExperienceMinimum of 1 year experience in food service.
Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage, and serving. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with culinary team. Ability to follow instructions with daily tasks given including but not limited to stocking and clean up. Previous experience in a culinary/restaurant position and Serv Safe Certification.
Physical DemandsLift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs. Work while handling outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time. Move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc. Work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
