Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping them with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative options.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases, handle payments according to policies, and utilize cash registers.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and manage cart availability.
• Promote company products and services while maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across the club.
• Keep the area clean, neat, and member‑ready.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
