Overview

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day by providing each guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company and represent our values while building brand loyalty.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find the products they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to different zones—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom—based on staffing needs.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to get the job done and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Follow all AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Have the energy to handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Experience working in retail.
• Age 16 or older.
