Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Springfield Outlet store in Spalding. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 30 hours per week on a 7‑month fixed term contract
.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalised selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store‑related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills and confidence to approach any task with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
- Ability to work well in a team, driven to achieve both store and personal KPIs.
- Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements.
- An hourly rate of £13.45
