• Provide member service and support at checkout, entrance, and exit areas.
• Maintain checkout area and merchandise zones, ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guide members on self‑service technology.
• Follow company safety, security, and emergency response procedures, including safety sweeps.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Assist in training associates on company processes, new technologies, and program rollouts.
• Identify and report shrink and damages.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
