Job Overview

Location:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Begin as a Trainee in our 5‑week paid training program, earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Advance through the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hr, and pursue roles such as Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager), Store Manager in Training (12‑week program), and eventual Store Manager.
